Introducing 'Live Help Needed!'

We are excited to announce an important update to one of our platform's core features: the language of the alerts across our system has changed from 'DealNow!' to 'Live Help Needed!'. This change takes place across the CarNow platform as a whole, including DealerHome, desktop notifications, mobile notifications, and DealNow! alert emails. 

This update is designed to improve efficiency and streamline operations in several ways, including:

• More readily identifying which opportunities need immediate assistance
• Improving the performance of the alert system as a whole
• Enhancing the overall user experience by providing clearer and more intuitive language in the alerts
• Facilitating faster response times to opportunities that require urgent attention
